Dynasty Clan
Code of Conduct

1)      The use of “Opt In” and “Opt Out” feature of the Clan Castle is mandatory to all members of the clan. This is done by following these steps:
  a.       Go to your Home Village.
  b.      Click on your Clan Castle.
  c.       Select “Clan” under the command pop up.
  d.      Click on “My Profile”.
  e.      Select “Clan Wars” (either red or green button).
  f.        Then select if you are in or out.

2)      People that are included in an on-going war are required to use both attacks. 1st attacks should be done within the first 12 hours of the battle day so we can make and execute an effective 2nd attack strategy. Failure to comply without a valid reason will disqualify you to join future clan wars.

3)      Troop Requests

  a.        (For War): Please label your requests with “[troop type/level/amount] for war.” so that sponsors or donors would be able to know and produce troops that will aid you in Clan Wars.
  b.       (For Farming): Please refrain from asking a specific level or “MAX” level of units so you can provide donation opportunities to those who are low level and who want to contribute. Besides, YOU CANNOT BE TOO DEMANDING when you are only farming. Usual farming units are as follows: Barbarians, Archers and Giants. You can request troops for as much as you want when farming.
  c.       (For Army Composition Practice/Casual): We understand you play Clash of Clans to have fun, If you want to be specific about the type of troop/level/amount of reinforcements for whatever reason... Then get promoted to become an Elder.

4)      Promotions

  a.       Elder – Must donate troops for a minimum of 500 donations in one badge cycle. Reach 500 donations even once, you get promoted to Elder. Elders are guaranteed a spot in Clan Wars when they select “Opt In”.
  b.      Co-Leader – Must donate troops for a minimum of 1000 donations in one badge cycle. Once donation quota is reached, their performance will be evaluated by the board and they will be put to the test in a Clan War lead by the applicant him/herself. If victorious, the applicant gets promoted to Co-Lead.

5)      Conduct:

  a.       Curse words are prohibited in Clan Chat and FB chat at all times regardless of what language used.
  b.      This is a diverse Clan, please use the English Language when communicating through Clan Chat. If you want to use your national language, mention the Person’s name to which you are talking to. For Example: “Hi [Insert Member’s Name], Ang galing mo naman!” (Tagalog). This is so you don’t offend anybody. The developers of Clash of Clans are looking into adding a private messaging system in the future but until then. PLEASE comply with this rule (5b).
  c.       You have comments, suggestions, complains or feedback? Contact me or the other Co-Leads so we may address the issue.

***PLEASE ABIDE BY THE RULES SO I DON’T HAVE TO COME UP WITH item 6. PUNISHMENTS - TY***
